New year 2010

It's taken me a while to upload some pictures from New Years because I have been concentrating on studying and my camera has also being playing up, but this is what we did.

I'm not big on celebrating the coming of a new year, the Koala in me would much rather curl up in bed and snooze away! Nevertheless, I was kicked out of the house kicking ans screaming because I didn't want to celebrate new years eve at the chapel. I could think of a hundred better places to do it and I was sulking because I wanted to be celebrating in Perth with all of my friends. I gave in thinking that I would only spend an hour there but it ended up being quite entertaining and we stayed to see the new year in. The kids were occupied playing ping pong, playstation and a few other games. The funniest one was when Teancum dressed up with lollies attached all over his body and he had to run away from the kids before they pulled them off him. It lasted about 10 seconds in total. The adults played singstar and a few other games but singstar was probably the highlight of the night. I really enjoyed it and even got up to sing!!
