It's the school holidays and it's averaging 45 degrees every day so the kids are't going outside too often. As you can imagine with four kids, it is totally driving me bonkers. Olea would have to be the biggest complainer, complaining that she is bored every 5 minutes!
On one particular day, to keep them occupied (especially Olea), we decided to change some of the rooms around so all of the kids could have a room each. Olea now has the study which she was originally just so excited about, but now she is disapointed that she doesn't have her brothers as her neighbours anymore. I thought that was quite funny as they were her exact words. She is not impressed that her parents are now her neighbours and she can't run up and down the hall giggling with the boys when she is supposed to be going to bed. It took us all day because we had to move the piano, two computers and furniture from 3 bedrooms but we finally accomplished it all by the end of the day ( and all without Jared's help because he was at work!!)
I can't believe how tidy the boys keep their own rooms now that they are soley responsible! Best thing I ever did.
